Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of receipt, and shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by tryTribeTokes. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from tryTribeTokes pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, delivery responsibility transfers accordingly.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. tryTribeTokes is not liable for packages that are undeliverable, lost, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our Gourmet Fruit Gummies and Gourmet Pet Treats, these items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective. Aromatic Oils and Botanical Body Balms must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as tryTribeTokes is not responsible for items lost in transit.
